A recent graduate of Emily Carr University of ART + DESIGN, her practice revolves around public spaces and the interactions of people within them. Congruent with her degree in the field of photography, she has expanded the traditional realm and pushed the limits of what an image can do, elevating her multi medium work to the level of stories that create communities. A recent example would be her DARK series, which won the CHICK RICE award for photography excellence. DARK is a collaborative work revolving around anxiety and depression which brought together the subjects and viewers, opening a dialogue on mental health.
